With the R&O for 20-401, MB will be adding a new form into LMS for notifications for program originating FM booster operation. This issue will be opened to track the development of this new module set.

Update FCCdata and myLPFM in various sections in situations where if a LMS application ID is available to direct to the LMS version of the application in lieu of the CDBS version. Many CDBS versions of broadcast applications have deteriorated over time. Applications without LMS IDs should display without an application link.
